Family run 

We are a family run company and pride our self's on giving the best bespoke service we can. With a combined 40 years of catering experience we aim to give an outstanding service with homemade food and friendly customer care .

Darryl who is co owner/ head chef and responsible for all the recipes, is NVQ level 3 catering and hospitality qualified, hygiene advance level 3, First aid and nutrition qualified. So if you have a dietary requirement or query we be able to serve you with full confidence .

Darryl runs his company with his wife who also has over 20 years of catering experience , and now due to expansion, his son is now working along side him to learn the family business.

Peace of mind

We understand that when organizing an event you want to cater for all  guests and make them have an enjoyable experience, Our unit is a naturally nut and fish free environment , we can easily cater for gluten free, Our menus also include halal and on request kosher and because we make most our things our self's we have excellent knowledge of our ingredients when asked .
